Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.   Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged the full session fee.   Exceptions are made for illness, including sudden onset of symptoms in a child or family member.   In these cases, families are asked to notify as soon as possible so alternative arrangements can be made when available.
